Starting to erupt on the 14th of April Iceland’s Eyjafjallajokull volcano has paralyzed air communication in Europe. After having been quiet for almost 200 years, the raging mountain released cloud of ashes and doesn’t abate up till now.

Crystal particles that compose the substance may block the engine of the plane due to what airports of Iceland, Great Britain, Denmark, Sweden and Norway were closed. Because of high density of the cloud thousands of flights were cancelled. This Saturday Ukraine also closed its air space that caused a considerable growth of hotel cancellations. Many hotels don’t charge late cancellation and ‘no-show’ fees to the guests. Such customer-oriented policy increases the hotels’ image on the background of the storming nature. Unfortunately not all the hotels are ready to take the guests’ position, causing wave of discontent and decreasing clients’ trust.
